JAYCEES MATRICULATION HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL
Our school is considered as one of the best School in Erode. It is
located in Chettipalayam, Erode. It has many facilities such as Smart Class , science
lab ,library, computer lab etc. We have many Multi talented teachers to teach
and motivate your kids .We are also have many specialities .Our school is
running by JCI trust. In our school have many clubs like JRC, NCC, NSS, Scout
and Quest club .We teach our students with unique methods .For kids ,we have
kinder garden ,activity room and separate Play ground .Our school won many
awards and prizes in both studies and sports. We conduct many competition month
wise. we awarded the best students and teachers. we also teaching morals and
value education to students .We are celebrating sports day, farewell day ,women's
day etc in our school .we are separating time for extracurricular activities
such as chess, yoga, keyboard, music and classical dance. we conduct talent
exams Olympiads and national level exams to improve the knowledge of the
students. we also alerted parking areas for students and teachers. we
introduced ILM in our school to improve the communication of the students. we
have bus facilities and drinking water facilities. we has canteen, reception
room, office room .exams halls etc.
1.Academic council:
Members
of the academic council constantly review the performance of the teachers and
students and innovative methods and evolve new system to make teaching and
learning more effective.
2.Languages offered:
The medium of
instruction is English. We have Tamil and Hindi as compulsory from std 1st
to 8th. We have Sanskrit as optional for std 11th and 12th.
3.Projects and home assignments:
Home
work is an extinction of the class room activity and an integral part of the
curriculum and it should be carried out as per the time-table. Projects in
various subjects are given to enhance creativity, originality and self
-learning.
4.Location:
The main school is present in a
suspicious area in Poondurai road with a playground which accommodates classes
from LKG to 12th std. We have three buses and a van to bring the
children to school.

-8.45 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
Afternoon session-1.10
p.m. to 3.20 p.m. (3.20 p.m. to 4.00p.m. Counselling hour)
KG section-8.45
a.m. to 3.15 p.m.
6.Sports and other Extracurricular activities:
We
motivate and encourage students in all fields.in the fields of sports and
games. Our students always excel others. We pay special attention and give
special coaching. Our students have represented state and National level terms
and won prices
7.counselling:
The school provides counselling
to higher secondary students after assessing their intelligence, interest and personality
along with their parents to ensure success of each individual student. continuous
interactive sessions between teachers and students are organised not only to
minimise the negative effect of peer pressure but also to provide effective strategies
to guide teen behaviour and support their transmission from children to mature
, responsible adults.
8.Other achievements:
Our
students participated at various state level Olympiads conducted by Eduheal
foundation and emerged with distinction ranks. They were selected for national
level Olympiads.
Lion’s club of erode mid-town conducted by “peace
poster contest” on 10.10.2015.Out of 150 participants from various
school first four places were bagged by our students.
Camlin
company drawing competition on 13.11.2015 and prices awarded.
Spell bee competitions was conducted
for students from std 3rd to 9th on 12.10.2015 .350
students participated winners awarded .
GK competition was conducted by erode excel Jaycees on 08.10.2015. 350 students were awarded.
National level talent exam was conducted by erode Jaycees for 10th and 12th students on 08.10.2015and prizes distributed.
